Now, there are claims that some exercises – such as the side bend – don’t really do as much as we think they do when it comes to getting the right workout to tone the abs and get rid of those love handles.  A good, healthy diet and strong aerobic and cardiovascular workouts can be of great help in burning off belly fat.
