Fat loss pills are another option—although they are risky.  Some people can become addicted to pills.  Others suffer dangerous side effects.  They can be used safely and effectively.  The thing to remember is that they are not a magic pill.  They also can not take the place of diet and exercise.  This is the most common mistake of people who take diet pills.  They end up undoing any of the good the pill might do because they think the pill will do all the work.  If you do decide to go this route, let someone know who can hold you accountable if you should find yourself unable to stop taking them.  Love handles can be a thing of the past.  Arm yourself with these tools and you’ll be on the pathway to success.
